Delivery & Handling Charges
Pre-paid orders
Free Express shipping on all orders SAR 300 and above. A charge as per the weight will be auto calculated in website on purchases that do not exceed the SAR 300 free shipping threshold. All orders to Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders to all other provinces are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding major holidays. Orders received after 1400hrs will be processed on the next business day.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we only ship to full addresses.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. They will strive to deliver your Ajwati Online purchase in the defined time period and shall make no less than two further attempts to deliver to the delivery address submitted. They shall obtain an electronic signature ‘proof of delivery’ which is required for confirmation purposes by Ajwati .
